Effective: 10 October 2026 · These terms are between you (the business using NutBridge) and Ghatotkacha Technologies Private Limited ("NutBridge", "we").
NutBridge provides business software and related services for agri-commodity traders and the businesses they deal with, through WhatsApp, our website, web and mobile apps, voice, SMS, email and other channels we may add. Features may include communication, ordering, record-keeping, quality and analytics tools, payment and collection support, and reports from your own data. Messages to your contacts are sent only when you instruct us to send them.
NutBridge is for businesses, currently in India. You must give accurate business details, including registration numbers where applicable, and we may verify them before activation. You must be authorised to act for your business. You must be at least 18 years old.
Any information the service provides is for guidance only and is based on the information supplied to it. Any quality, price, risk or other assessment is indicative, not a certification, and you remain responsible for your own checks and decisions.
The service is currently free. We will tell you in advance before any fee applies. Once fees apply, tell us about any billing error within 30 days of the invoice. Payment and collection features, where offered, are provided through regulated payment providers under their terms; we do not hold your funds.
Your data remains yours. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy and only to provide the service.
We work to keep NutBridge available, but it depends on third parties such as WhatsApp and may be interrupted. We may add, change, limit or withdraw features over time. For significant changes that reduce what you can do we will tell you in advance, giving up to 30 days' notice where we can. We do not control WhatsApp, Meta or other third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, delivery, charges or policy decisions, including any restriction of your WhatsApp Business account.
To the extent the law allows, NutBridge is provided "as is". We are not liable for trading decisions, prices agreed, or losses arising from your dealings with other parties. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Please tell us about any problem within 30 days of becoming aware of it, so we can try to fix it. This does not affect your legal rights.
You may stop using NutBridge at any time and ask for your data to be deleted. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. For 30 days after your account ends you may ask us for a copy of your data in a common machine-readable format.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith for 30 days. If unresolved, it will be referred to a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Bengaluru, Karnataka, in English. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction for interim relief and for matters that cannot be arbitrated.
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including outages of WhatsApp, Meta, telecom or cloud providers. Payment obligations already due are not excused.
